How sending works

  1. Read your letter above. It's built from what you wrote, with your name and address already in it once you fill in the section above. Make it yours — add, cut, or send it exactly as drafted.
  2. Find your representatives using the section above — one address does both jobs: it saves your info for the letter, and tells RTR which three offices to address it to.
  3. Click "Copy letter and open [Rep]'s form" on the first card that appears below. RTR copies your message and opens their contact form in a new tab, in one step.
  4. Paste into the office's message field, fill in whatever else that form asks for (most want your name, address, and email too — no website, including this one, can fill in another site's form for you), then submit on their site.
  5. Come back and confirm with "Click if you sent the letter." The next card lights up automatically. Repeat until all three are checked off.

Tip: keep this tab open the whole time. Right to Redress never transmits anything for you — you stay in control of every message, and offices receive it as real constituent mail from you.
