Recall, Initiative & Referendum

In some states, citizens can change the law or remove an official directly — through a recall, a ballot initiative, or a veto referendum. Find out what your state allows, then draft the petition text. We generate documents only. We do not file, circulate, or place anything on a ballot.

At the federal level, none of these tools exist. There is no national initiative, referendum, or recall. Members of Congress can be removed only by expulsion, and other federal officials only by impeachment — never by citizen petition.
