What is the Right To Redress all about?

The very FIRST Amendment to the US Constitution provides YOU, as a Citizen:

"The Right to petition the government for a Redress of grievances."

This means that you have a Constitutional guarantee that insures your right to freely present your disputes and concerns to your elected officials in every branch of government. Whether these petitions are filed collectively, or submitted by an individual through the mail, fax, email, phone call or personal appearance, your government is obliged to accommodate them!

It is time WE as CITIZENS, rise up together to take back OUR government! Together we will prevail!

What has happened to the United States and our Constitutional freedoms?

Over the years, our elected representatives to Congress along with the Executive and Judicial branches of government, have been seduced and bribed continually towards using their powers unethically and illegally in many matters of the law. Today, we are teetering on the edge of losing our freedoms and independence to this ongoing corruption and treason. This did not happen overnight, nor will it be resolved without a determined collective effort by us as citizens, to hold our government accountable.

This Right to Redress is a bedrock of our Constitutional freedoms, granted by the wisdom and foresight of our nations founders, who provided all of us the peaceful and legal means of redress through this process. Our government officials are elected to serve our common needs in matters of the law. They do not rule over us, WE rule over them, and they serve at OUR pleasure. Are you happy with your employees in public service?

If the shoe were on the other foot, how would they treat you if you worked for them?

It's your RIGHT to challenge and change any part of public policy that violates YOUR liberties, security, sovereignty and economic welfare.

Here are some of the issues that we will address collectively in weekly letter writing campaigns:

A New and Open Investigation of 911.

Without any doubt, the horrors of September 11th have changed our government in ways that have effected our national freedoms like no other event in recent history. We are now involved in two foreign wars, threatening a third, and lost in divisive political chaos while the costs of these wars devours our economy and endangers civil liberties. All because of 911. As mounting evidence against the conclusions of the 911 Commission become public, a growing number of citizens suspect that 911 was either an "Inside Job" or an act of criminal negligence.

These questions deserve answers. We will be directing letter campaigns to DEMAND a new and open investigation. US citizens have been denied the truth and must demand full accountability for what really happened on 911. This cannot be denied. If the Bush/Cheney government has nothing to hide, then they should redress this issue immediately! (See our letter ready for you to send now).

Stop the North American Union and Save US Sovereignty

For several years now, secret meetings have been conducted in violation of US laws in an attempt to merge the United States, Canada and Mexico into one combined governmental entity called the North American Union. Most US citizens would strongly reject this loss of their sovereignty and economic freedom, if they were properly informed. These plans follow the protocol of the European Union (EU), which was created the same way. The NAU will erase current borders and divisions between the three nations, and is really the cause for our governments deliberate allowance of nearly 30 million illegal aliens, sponsored and imported into the US.

The US dollar will also be history and replaced by a new currency called the Amero, similar to the Euro in Europe. The falling dollar value is already apparent, despite the mass media's cover-up of this vital issue.

Stop the Bush / Cheney Agenda to Create a Police State Dicatorship

Congress has sat idly by as George W. Bush issues a continual stream of Executive Orders creating a dictatorship and police state. All in the guise of what he calls the Patriot Act. Our Bill of Rights and essential freedoms are being trashed and discarded, with the Constitutional checks and balances entailed in the separation of powers. Bush has taken over control of military forces to be used against US citizens, threatened Habeas Corpus laws, set up private Gestapo-like police forces (Blackwater), created new offices for complete martial law and dictated that the US can be controlled by the United Nations under health-related threats and crises. Stop the Thought Police Bill in the Senate (S 1959)

As any nation falls into tyranny and fascism, they begin the process of destroying free speech and political dissent. The recent "Domestic Terrorism and Radicalization" bill S 1955, is a classic example of just that. This bill is deliberately worded to be vague, and give the government approval to classify many dissenting political organizations as "homegrown terrorists". Denounced by both the ACLU and John Birch society as a "thought police" tool, it reveals another erosion of basic human rights and Constitutional liberties. (See our letter against HR 1955)

Recent grass-roots campaigns like this have been shown to be extremely effective. We will get their attention and hold them accountable. We intend to track and report on every one!

The power of an organized US citizenship, working together and voicing their concerns collectively, remains the ONLY means of having any effect in this vital battle for American Freedom left to us as citizens. We have to use the legal measures by which our 1st Amendment's Right to Petition the government for a Redress of Grievances that were envisioned by the founding fathers, to insure that we remain free from dictatorship and tyranny. If we don't use this RIGHT, we will certainly lose it.
